Its location and food were excellent, and for us everything was great. The restaurant had tasty food. We liked our really nice stay there a lot.

Fairly clean hotel with ideal location in San Francisco just next door to cafes and Chinatown. I truly enjoyed the breakfast, there was plenty of cheap food. Rooms with AC, 1 full size bed plus the fridge.

Staff were helpful, hotel was clean, set in shopping area very close to Chinatown and the waterfront. Breakfast offered plenty of savoury meals. Central position of the venue.
We didn't like that there was breakfast missing, were a little disappointed.

i found everything ideal, i would recomand it to anyone. approaching staff, very specious room & spotless hotel. the breakfast was hot, eggs, fresh fruit, hot waffles, bacon and pastries - food was superb.

A peaceful hotel in San Francisco. Brilliant terrific rooms, appalling stuff, gorgeous location. I booked a room with a great bed, complimentary WiFi, television and air conditioning. The juice bar in the property had lots of free mineral coffee, tea, juices and cocktails throughout the day.

All in all, excellent value for money. I loved the European-style building, beautifully maintained room. And it also had pretty view. Had cold drinks in the Irish bar in the evening. The location was CONVENIENT, at a short distance from san francisco cable car.

we had an exceptional stay at this prime hotel. unique design, always polite staff, the best location. the superior king room was authentic. early check in and late check out. non-alcoholic coffee, tea, juices and cocktails in the rooftop bar, easy parking place.
